1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player" or "you") and 77hm (the "Platform", "Operator", "we", "us" or "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://77hm.cam, including all associated services, games, betting markets, loyalty programmes, promotions and support functions (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing the 77hm website, creating a user account, making a deposit or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, fully understood and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines or policies published on the platform from time to time.

These Terms apply to all users of 77hm regardless of their location, device or method of access. Players accessing the platform from Pakistan acknowledge that they do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means a registered user account created on the 77hm platform, permitting access to the Service.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet allocations or non-cashable incentives credited to an Account under a specific promotion.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of real-money funds from a User to the Platform for the purpose of wagering.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by the Operator before a withdrawal can be processed.
• "Platform" means the 77hm website, mobile applications, APIs and all associated technical infrastructure used to deliver the Service.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency of account on the 77hm platform.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary restriction mechanism by which a User requests that their Account be suspended for a defined or indefinite period.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds or a deposit amount must be bet before a withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• "Withdrawal" means any transfer of funds from a User's Account Balance back to the User's designated payment method.

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on 77hm, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or applicable license jurisdiction, at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Service.
2. You must be a natural person acting in your own capacity and not on behalf of any third party.
3. You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by 77hm or any affiliated responsible-gambling body.
4. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside.
5. You must not be an employee, contractor, director, agent or close family member of an employee of 77hm or any of its technology, game content or payment service providers.
6. You must not have had a prior Account closed by 77hm for breach of these Terms.

77hm reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by the support team may result in Account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

4 Account Registration

4.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual User is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the 77hm platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary or linked Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any balances held across all associated Accounts.

4.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other details requested. You must update your Account information promptly if any details change. 77hm is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate or outdated information provided by you.

4.3 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activity conducted via your Account will be attributed to you, whether or not you authorised that activity, unless you have notified 77hm of suspected unauthorised access in writing without delay.

4.4 Account Currency

All Accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Currency conversion is not available within the platform. Deposits and withdrawals must be conducted in PKR through the payment methods currently active in your Account cashier dashboard.

5 Identity Verification (KYC)

77hm operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC has been successfully completed. The Operator may also require KYC verification at any stage of the account lifecycle, including prior to processing deposits above specified thresholds.

5.1 Documents Required

The following documents may be requested as part of the KYC process:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., National Identity Card (CNIC), passport or driving licence).
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement or official government correspondence).
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of mobile wallet registered in your name).
• Source of funds documentation where deposits exceed platform-specified thresholds.

5.2 Verification Timeframes

77hm endeavours to process KYC submissions within five (5) business days of receiving a complete documentation set. Complex cases, or where additional documentation is required, may take longer. During the verification period, withdrawal processing will be placed on hold.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

Deposits must be made using payment methods currently listed as active in the 77hm cashier. Payment method availability is subject to change without prior notice. 77hm does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific deposit method. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.

Payment provider names referenced on this platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are listed as familiar local payment references only. Their mention does not constitute an endorsement of, or affiliation with, gambling activity on the part of any named payment provider.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) fulfilment of any applicable Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds; and (c) no active investigation into Account security or suspected fraud. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

6.3 Processing Times

Indicative withdrawal processing times are displayed in the cashier. Processing times are estimates only and may be affected by payment provider delays, KYC status, security reviews or technical issues outside the Operator's control. 77hm accepts no liability for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.

6.4 Fees

77hm does not charge internal fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider or bank may apply their own charges. You are responsible for any fees levied by your financial institution or mobile wallet provider.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and other promotional incentives offered by 77hm are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer. Where a conflict exists between a promotion's specific terms and these General Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to your Account must be wagered the number of times specified in the relevant promotion terms before any withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. Wagering Requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the offer. Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry of the validity period.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

77hm monitors Account activity to detect patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to meet Wagering Requirements; opening multiple Accounts to claim the same offer; using betting strategies that exploit bonus structures in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play.

Where bonus abuse is identified, 77hm reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, cancel associated winnings, adjust Account balances and, where applicable, close the Account.

7.4 No Guarantee of Promotions

77hm makes no guarantee that any specific promotion will remain available at any given time. Promotions may be modified, suspended or withdrawn at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already made to Users who have opted into an active offer in good faith.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 Acceptance of Bets

77hm reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where: (a) a bet is placed after an event has concluded; (b) a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds being displayed; (c) the stake exceeds Account or market limits; or (d) there are reasonable grounds to suspect match manipulation or irregularity.

8.2 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void and the stake returned where an event is cancelled, abandoned, or where data errors or technical faults prevent the proper settlement of a market. Void bets do not contribute to the fulfilment of Wagering Requirements.

8.3 Casino & Live Games

All casino games and live dealer titles available on 77hm are provided by third-party content suppliers. Game rules, RTP figures and paytables are governed by the respective game provider's published specifications. 77hm does not control game outcomes; results are determined by independently certified random number generators or live-dealer card and wheel outcomes.

8.4 Disconnection Policy

In the event of a disconnection during a live bet or casino round, the game outcome will be determined by the server state at the point of disconnection. 77hm accepts no liability for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77hm platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a manner not permitted by these Terms.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing or insider trading in relation to sporting events.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through technical exploits, glitches or unauthorised software.
• Opening more than one Account, or using another person's Account with or without their consent.
• Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing or other financial crime.
• Facilitating gambling by any person known to be under the required minimum age.
• Reverse-engineering, copying, distributing or exploiting any part of the 77hm platform or its content.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 Suspension by the Operator

77hm reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached, where a security concern exists, or where continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other users.

10.2 Closure by the User

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting 77hm support. Before closure, any pending bets will be settled according to their natural outcome, and any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to your verified payment method following completion of KYC. Bonus Funds are not withdrawable upon voluntary Account closure unless otherwise specified.

10.3 Dormant Accounts

An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. 77hm reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant Accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published in the Account dashboard. Players will be notified prior to any fee being applied.

11 Responsible Gambling

77hm is committed to promoting responsible gambling and provides a suite of player-protection tools available within every Account dashboard. These tools include deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion options. Players are strongly encouraged to make use of these tools as a proactive measure.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the 77hm platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, data feeds, odds compilations and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 77hm or its licensed content suppliers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any platform content without express prior written consent from 77hm.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77hm, its directors, officers, employees, contractors and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or anticipated savings arising from your use of the Service.
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages, however caused.
• Losses arising from reliance on inaccurate odds, data feeds or market information where such inaccuracy results from technical error.
• Temporary or permanent unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical failure or force majeure events.
• Actions taken by third-party payment processors, including delays, reversals or refusals of transactions.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to limit or exclude liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability or uninterrupted availability.

14 Privacy & Data

The collection, storage, processing and use of your personal data by 77hm is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and should be read in conjunction with these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

77hm processes personal data for the purposes of Account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gambling monitoring, marketing communications (where you have provided consent) and legal compliance obligations. Personal data will not be sold to unrelated third parties.

15 Amendments to These Terms

77hm reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Users via email or a prominent platform notification. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the 77hm Service following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Service and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 10.2.

16 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 77hm holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Operator's licence jurisdiction.

Players accessing 77hm from Pakistan acknowledge that gambling may be subject to restrictions under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and related provincial legislation. 77hm does not provide legal advice. Players are solely responsible for seeking independent legal counsel regarding their obligations under Pakistani law before using the Service.
